Coach® Chartered allows you to manage your chartered trip operations from a dynamic planning board. This board gives a graphical view of all your trips, quotes, resources and their status. Coach® Chartered has a task board where you can assign drivers and vehicle resources as well as generate and print contracts. After completion of a trip, adjustments can be made along with the selection of payment mode for the drivers. The Coach® Chartered solution can interface with the CIS Accounting and Payroll modules as well as with other back-end applications, transferring all revenue and pay information directly to these applications.   

School, City and Intercity Bus Routes

Coach® Route allows you to build and manage your school, city and intercity routes.  This module gives you the possibility of building and assigning tasks, which are composed of one or several work references.  The Coach® Route solution allows you to efficiently manage driver assignments and vehicle resource allocations as well as to make payroll adjustments through drivers’ daily logs.

Incident Tracking

Coach® Event is a software application that complements other Coach® solutions. It allows you to record and to categorize events (complaints, breakages, accidents and others), letting you analyze previous entries. This solution also permits you to set reminders for future follow-ups. Users can identify trends and make smart decisions based on actual data, while never missing important dates. Bus route and chartered transportation operators can both benefit from this application.
