Coach® Event is a multi-user solution that allows you to record and classify incidents such as complaints, breakages, accidents and more. Documenting any information or event for later analysis is easy with Coach® Event. Search and analyze information to identify trends and plan corrective actions. A key feature of Coach® Event is the ability to set reminders that can be assigned to a particular user, group, or to all users. Critical information can be automatically sent to management. This application is a perfect addition to other Coach® products.

Incidents and events can be entered with a short or a more detailed description. Coach® Event also lets you attach digital images or documents to a record, centralizing all your incident-related information. This application allows you to set reminders, notifying the desired user group.

A MULTI-USER SOLUTION

From the main screen, “Event Management”, you can configure access rights and responsibilities for every incident and event category as well as the type of email notification (if desired) to be sent to management when a particular incident is added to the system.

All the desired categories can be created, including complaints, breakages, accidents, drivers, clients and more. All the recorded information can be searched and analyzed.
