  • 5 years of experience as a software developer.
  • Experience on desktop application development.
  • Experience on Windows Mobile application development.

  • Very good knowledge of distributed systems.
  • Very good knowledge of web services

Administrative Assistant - Administrative Services

 

As Administrative Assistant, you will touch different areas of the organization, including finance, accounting, administration, human resources and marketing. You will help develop tools that will help the company control and assist various departments.

 

In this position you will be required to:

  • Prepare administrative documents.
  • Classify internal data according to set criteria.
  • Generate and update various reports as needed.
  • Assure that updates on documents used internally and externally are made as scheduled.
  • Attend and participate in different internal meetings.
  • Do follow-ups on promotional activities carried out by different departments.

Job description
Under the supervision of CIS’ Marketing-Sales Manager, the Account Manager’s mandate is to market CIS’ mobile software solution, ”Companion”, to suspects, prospects or existing CIS customers.
Taking part in different trade shows will allow meeting customers, prospects and suspects, eventually leading to the implementation of new projects.
The territory to serve includes Quebec and Ontario, with some activities in the United States.
The account manager must be very knowledgeable about the market we are targeting and the CIS mobile solution.
For each one of his (her) accounts, (s)he will have to team up with the various departments of CIS as well as with CIS partners.
One part of his(her) responsibilities will relate to existing customers and the other part, to the development of new accounts. The person shall devise short-, medium- and long-term account development strategies to secure a balanced portfolio of business opportunities.
The candidate must work with flexible hours according to the projects and territory.
 
 
Salary

Good knowledge of business processes in the food industry.
 
Education :
