RCR INTERNATIONAL CHOOSES THE CIS SALES FORCE AUTOMATION (SFA) SOLUTION TO STREAMLINE ITS FIELD SALES ACTIVITIES
RCR International chooses CIS Group’s Companion Suite to automate the activities of its sales reps throughout Canada. The CIS Sales Force Automation solution – Rep Companion – will allow sales reps to carry out speedy order taking while maintaining a superior customer service. Customers’ signatures will be captured and archived along with other POS transactions. CIS’ SFA mobile application will be run on Intermec’s CN3 handhelds paired with Datamax-O'Neil 4-inch thermal PrintPADs. All data will flow in a bidirectional environment, transferring information processed on the road with Rogers Wireless data services directly to their back-end application.
