Companion Suite

CIS Group is pleased to have Krinos Foods as one of their clients

CIS Group’s SFA solution was selected to provide Krinos Foods Canada with a mobile solution to manage its field sales. After carefully evaluating CIS’s Companion® Suite solution, Krinos decided to go ahead and automate the activities of their sales reps throughout Canada. The contract was signed in Concord, Ontario on July 14th 2008, at the Krinos facilities.

The Companion® Suite has two modules, Office Companion® that is installed in the office and Representative Companion® that works with the mobile units. Office Companion will enable Krinos to manage multiple price lists and promotions. It will also give management a higher level of visibility and control over their activities on the road. This application will enable Krinos to measure performance, evaluate opportunities and execute actions that will maximize efficiency and effectiveness; ultimately having a positive effect on profitability.

Representative Companion will optimize the activities of the sales reps, automating their daily activities and providing them with all information needed to be effective in the field. Directly on a portable computer, sales reps will be able to take orders, surveys, verify sales stats and objectives, promotions and much more. At point-of-sale, reps will only see client specific information (ex: authorize products, promotions, and price lists). They will also be able to carry out merchandising activities such as facing. All calculations will be done automatically with accurate pricing, avoiding errors. Data collected will be transferred in a real time environment to their backend system.
