Orange Maison, a subsidiary of A.Lassonde Fruit Juice Division, relies once again on CIS Group

The juice distribution company Orange Maison, which has been using CIS Group’s Accounting and Distribution software for many years, has again mandated CIS Group for the automation of its 23 delivery routes across Québec. This will increase the distributors’ productivity while decreasing manual data collection by Orange Maison’s office employees.

Equipped with Intermec 741 handheld computers, the delivery personnel will be granted the autonomy to manage by themselves the truck inventory, correct price errors, take orders and directly process product returns. They will thereafter be able to generate the complete and errorless final invoice on the premises with their own printer. The leading edge technology of the CIS Group helps increase Orange Maison personnel’s efficiency while reducing the human error factor to the minimum. The automation of the distribution processes will significantly lead to improved information quality, lead time reduction, hence enhancing customer satisfaction.
