The second-generation Coach Suite solution makes a big entrance at Groupe Gaudreault

Mr. Jacques Tessier, President of CIS Group, is proud to announce that Groupe Gaudreault, one of the most important people transportation companies in Canada, has acquired the brand new version of Coach Suite launched by CIS Group.
The added value of the second-generation Coach Suite
With the Coach SuiteTM, Groupe Gaudreault’s data will be collected within a single operation right from the bid stage and kept in memory to serve many purposes such as resource planning, itineraries and contracts printing, adjustments upon return, pay and invoicing.
During the first stage, Coach Suite will be deployed on 32 chartered vehicles and during the second stage, it will be used to manage the 570 school, city and intercity vehicles belonging to the company.
“The new version of the Coach Suite software will allow Groupe Gaudreault’s personnel to view all trips at a glance while having access to their work documents such as bids, resource planning and confirmation, allocations, return trips, etc. All in a single parameter-driven and user-friendly screen”, says Jacques Tessier, President of CIS Group.
The brand new version of CIS Group’s Coach Suite combines a fast response time in an easy-to-use package with increased visibility at the display level. “Thanks to this software, which is skillfully suited to the particular needs of our managers and employees, we can already note the very positive results in our daily work, be it sales service, dispatch or accounting.
