Overview
Rep Companion® is a sales force automation (SFA) software solution for field sales representatives and/or merchandisers. This solution allows reps to carry out their daily activities directly on portable computers or PDAs. Sales objectives, visit sequence, order entry, inventory, merchandising activities and much more are available, anytime, anywhere. At point of sale, all activities are carried out with customer-specific information (pricing, products, promotions, suggested quantities, facings, planograms and more). This SFA application is industry-specific, so it can be adjusted to your particular workflow needs. The Companion® solution operates in a bidirectional environment, synchronizing all information with the back-end system.
