Fleet Maintenance
The Cargo® solution is a fleet maintenance application that provides you with real-time information on repairs, warranties, preventive maintenance, fuel management, inventory, work orders and more. In the vehicle profile screen, all vehicle-related information can be viewed, including fuel consumption, preventive maintenance and warranties. This is a user-friendly, parameter-driven solution. Vehicles can be grouped according to user-defined criteria. This application can be standalone or interfaced with other back-end applications.

WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
This module is the heart of the system and is where all vehicle maintenance work orders are entered. In addition to creating the work orders, all the needed parts, necessary work, time required for the job, and all additional instructions and comments can be entered. The work order screen also allows you to generate invoices for external clients and to view the work order history.

With Cargo®, reminders and repairs can be scheduled for each vehicle. These reminders can be set in days or in distance. The application also allows you to manage maintenance by vehicle class or any other subgroups. Preventive maintenance reports can be printed at any time.

This module allows you to manage your parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, quantity adjustments and pricing. The inventory system works in real time and is linked to the work order system.

Cargo® allows warranty management for vehicles and parts. This function is integrated with the work order module and will inform you if the vehicle or part(s) is still under warranty when a repair is being performed. The system also lets you record and track all warranty claims made to suppliers.
ANALYSIS
The Cargo® solution provides you with information about money and time spent on all your fleet maintenance; from the entire fleet to an individual vehicle. All reports are available on screen or in printable versions. All reporting can be narrowed to a specified period or for the current month, year or since the system implementation.

The Cargo®solution is a fleet maintenance application that is fully integrated with various fuel management solutions. This application can be standalone or interfaced with other back-end solutions.
