Boston Technologies Ltd. of Connecticut, USA becomes the first US Member of CIS Group
Saint-Jérôme, Québec and Newtown, CT. August 2, 2007 ----- Today, CIS Group Ltd, a leading provider of direct store delivery applications in Canada, and Boston Technologies Ltd. , a USA based supplier of direct store delivery applications and integration services for supply chain technologies, are proud to announce a global alliance.
Under the alliance, Boston Technologies will market, sell and support the full COMPANION suite of software developed by CIS Group for Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
Omniciel International, a subsidiary of CIS Group, has developed and marketed the successful Route Manager-Route Partner application suite for DSD (Direct Store Delivery) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) markets that will now also be marketed and supported by Boston Technologies.
Boston Technologies has successfully implemented DSD solutions throughout United States for the last 20 years and is one of the oldest independent DSD suppliers.
“By combining our respective application offerings, we will be utilizing the technical strengths of each organization’s development team and expanding our application functionalities. In addition, support for all applications will be streamlined and enhanced” said Mr. Jacques Tessier, President and CEO of CIS Group.
