Different types of support are available to you, and you may choose the plan that best suits your needs. For example, some companies prefer to have us provide direct support to all their mobile and office users, whereas others choose to take care of first level support themselves; some only require support during regular business hours, and others rather wish to have access to support at all times.

Access to support for participating customers is simple and fast, either through a toll-free telephone number, or by email. An exclusive Client section on our Web site also allows you to follow the events reported, and to consult the intervention notes of our agents. These agents are able to use numerous technological tools that help them to make a diagnosis, and to implement corrective measures. One of these tools allows remote intervention on devices; another automatically notifies us of abnormal events, which we intercept and correct – often even before the client becomes aware of the notification on his side.
